The traffic on the bridge disrupts the peace, but over 30 years there may only be electric cars.

An island on an island.

Construction workers weld a kind of dam here.

We spoke to a women from the building in the middel of the island. She told us that the entire clubhouse is made from materials from the previous building.

What makes this park specific: objects, plants, animals, shape?

In spring, summer, and autumn, you will meet a small herd of Scottish Highland cattle that take care of the greenery.

Erland van Brienenoord will be transformed into a tidal park where the tides will have a greater impact. This intervention increases the natural dynamics and natural qualities of the terrain.

I really like that this is an island a separate space inside the city but not tied to it.

On the island there is a Buitenplaats-Brienenoord this is a place for different activities. Also, it is possible to find food there. This place made by reused materials.
